Shipping Info
All shipments are trackable.
You will receive an email with the tracking info through our shipping system and further updates by email from the carrier.

In case of damages: if possible: refuse the package. If not: please get a written confirmation of the damage by the carrier immediately!
Send photos of both the damaged goods and the packageing to us.

In case of overdue delivery, no movement in the tracking, delivered status, but the packages never arrived: contact first the carrier if possible and then us.
